Pricing & billing
What counts as a mobile app user?
Anyone you track and look after in the field — the people carrying the app, sending SOS alerts and checking in. Every plan includes five, and additional users are $10/mo each. Admin seats for the people running the operation from a desk are separate, and Starter and Pro each include up to five.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is the live platform — the map, the feed, and the duty-of-care tools your team uses day to day. Pro adds our analysts' intelligence product on top: a daily report, plus weekly and monthly analysis briefings written by people, not auto-generated. If you need someone to tell you what the incidents mean, that's Pro.
How does billing work?
We invoice you monthly — there's no card on file and nothing charges automatically. Your invoice is the base plan plus any mobile app users beyond the five included. Annual billing saves roughly 10%; get in touch to arrange payment terms.
Can I add users or change plans later?
Yes. Add mobile app users whenever you need them and they appear on your next invoice at $10/mo each. Moving between Starter and Pro takes effect from your next billing period — just tell us.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes — request a trial and we'll set your organisation up so you can walk through the platform with your own sites and people. No card, and nothing starts billing until you say so.
How do I cancel?
Email us and we'll stop your billing at the end of the current period. There's no minimum term and no retention script — you keep access until the period you've paid for runs out.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or academia?
Yes. Meaningful discounts are available for registered nonprofits, research institutions, and humanitarian organizations. Reach out to sales for details.
